CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will go toward your service total. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit. Please arrive on time and prepared for your service.
